Sean Cullen - I am a Human Man Preview

Sean Cullen is a human

"Sean Cullen":http://www.seancullen.com/ used to be one of those Canadian entertainers that people would recognize facially but draw a blank on his name, or conversely, recognize his name but not be able to place him or any of his work. Thankfully that curse of 49th parallel anonymity has been lifted - at least in part - for this unique comedian, musical performer and author.

Making it into the top four of last season’s popular reality series "Last Comic Standing":http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Last_Comic_Standing has not only helped Canadians finally make the association between Cullen’s name and face, but also introduced him to the much larger American audience. It’s a significant step forward for a performer who already has a long list of accomplishments to his name including the starring role in Toronto’s production of The Producers, the authorship of a series of award winning young people’s books, and a handful of Geminis to boot.

Although Cullen now resides part time in Los Angeles, the Peterborough native knows his most loyal fans are still north of the border. That is why he is bringing his over-the-top music and often brilliantly improvisational comedy to Sudbury, Toronto, Hamilton, and Ottawa in what is dubbed the “I am a Human Man Tour” after the title of his latest eclectic musical comedy album.

For those fortunate enough to be in one of those four cities (sorry West Coast), you can find details about how to purchase tickets "here":http://www.diamondfield.com/seancullen-iamahumanmantour.html, and for everyone else, stay tuned for our review of Sean’s Toronto stop!
